Call to Order

 

The Court of Revision of The Corporation of the Township of Huron-Kinloss was called to order at 6:30 p.m. on November 20, 2023 in the Council Chambers by Deputy Mayor Hanna.  The Court was convened to consider assessment revisions for the Van Diepenbeek Drain as required by the Drainage Act, 1990.

No written appeals were received during the appeal period.

Engineer Gives Evidence

 

Stephen Brickman, P.Eng Project Engineer fro, Headway Engineering was present virtually to provide Evidence if required.  Court of Revision did not have any questions or comments for the engineer.
