Mayor Twolan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

A discussion was held regarding the letter and it was noted that a further staff report will be coming forward regarding an investigation of how the call was dispatched.  A comment was made regarding the length of time for the ambulance to attend and it was noted that the ambulance service has to adhere to response times as regulated by the Province of Ontario.

    That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Council hereby approves Report Number CS-2022-09-55 prepared by Mike Fair, Director of Community Services and authorizes the waiving of fees for the Huron Shores Hospice grief recovery meetings when the rental space is not otherwise rented, no set up or tear down required, and the building is already staffed.

Comments were made regarding worn signage at the Lucknow Library, staff will follow up.  Council has received a request for additional speed limit signage, the concern will be sent to staff for review.
