Please be advised that at this time, the applicant has requested the application for Zoning By-law Amendment Z-2021-049 be put on hold. As a result, the Public Meeting scheduled for October 13, 2021 has been cancelled. Neighbouring property owners who received a notice in the mail about the October 13th Public Meeting will be notified if/when a new Public Meeting date has been scheduled.
The purpose of the application is to permit an accessory structure greater than 5.9 sq. m. and to permit an accessory structure on-site prior to the construction of a main building (dwelling). The applicant is proposing an accessory structure that is 148.59 sq. m. This exceeds the maximum coverage by 142.69 sq. m. If approved the application would facilitate the existing 12.19 m X 12.19 m temporary structure to remain on site permanently.
