Council requested a staff report be brought forward regarding the new filtration system in the Township office as a COVID-19 safety measure for Council information.

Request for Regulation of Cats BLE 2021-08-14

Council had a discussion on the regulation of cats.  Council was not in favour of regulating cats, they support the past decision on bringing forward the Feeding of Wildlife and Feral animals By-Law as proposed.

New Business/Council Reports

Councillor Elliott requested further information from staff on the County bale wrap pilot. 

Councillor Hanna noted concerns related to building materials being deposited into the landfill and buried.  He suggested that this could be burned instead resulting in the same about of CO2 being released.  Hanna wanted to bring it forward as an issue that Council could consider pressing the provincial government for a change in regulations.
