Councillor Hanna brought up concerns he has received from several residents along County Road 1, regarding speed limits and enforcement near the community of Kinloss. 

The Committee directed the Clerk to bring forward the concerns to the County of Bruce and the South Bruce OPP. 

Following the closed session, the Committee requested that the Clerk bring back a report in the new year on amendments to the Refreshment Vehicle Licence By-Law and options to differentiate between "fry truck" and "ice cream carts."
