Fred Kuntz, OPG Senior Manager, Corporate Relations and Projects will be providing OPG's 2020 Q3 update to Council.

Mary Lynn MacDonald, Co-DWSP Program Supervisor/Risk Management Official will be providing an update on the Drinking Water Source Protection Risk Management Services.  

Brent Murray and Lyndon Johnston with the Lucknow Community Centre Board have made a request to address the Committee regarding financial support with the Westario Account. 

Murray Kraemer on behalf of area residents will be addressing the Committee with concerns around 1582 Bruce Road 1 operating as hotel/resort establishment. 

Correspondence dated October 22, 2020 from Mike Clarke, 1582 Bruce Road 1.   

Christine Welsh and Tom Beven have provided correspondence regarding the October 5, 2020 Council decision regarding Lot 6 & 7 Sommerville Street in Lucknow.  

*As directed, staff has forwarded the information to our legal representative and are awaiting a response. 

The ROMA Annual Conference will take place January 25 and 26, 2021 virtually. Please contact the Clerk if you would like to register.

That the Township of Huron-Kinloss Committee of the Whole hereby moves into a Closed Meeting pursuant to Section 239(2)(b) Personal matters about an identifiable individual - Personal Matter AND Property Standards Committee Applications AND pursuant to Section 239 (f) advice subject to solicitor-client privilege - MacIntrye Municipal Drain Project AND FURTHER return to open session upon completion.
