A discussion was held regarding options for the reforestation of the tree line and the added costs. The Committee did not support installing a fence, due to maintenance issues, but suggested posts could be placed to deter farming practices.

Concerns were raised about allowing the lands to be farmed following the removal of the trees.   It was questioned if the Township could partner with an organization for reforestation.

Options were discussed to approach the County on installing a living snow fence east/west alternatively and requested a staff report come back with options.
